Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-4 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
Will be responsible to handle the end to end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and ERP
Strong experience in sourcing for multiple requirements and delivering the results in tight deadlines

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication skills
Strong experience in Non IT Recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring
Good experience in End to End Recruitment
Having experience with coordination
Basic Knowledge on Excel
Stake holder management
Client handling, Vendor management
Coordinating with hiring managers for the new requisitions
