Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

This role will provide an end-to-end graduate recruitment service from demand collation through to offer management.
  • Creation of yearly recruitment plans to meet the changing needs of clients
  • Exploring and developing new channels to connect students with Oracle
  • High volume, technical and competency based assessment
  • Advanced client consulting and candidate management
  • Headcount, fiscal and management information reporting
Successful Candidates Will Have
  • Strong understanding of Indian universities and students
  • Broad exposure to marketing/branding fundamentals including social media
  • Solid training in assessment methodologies
  • Prior ownership of a client group and strong stakeholder management
  • Experience with application tracking systems
  • Enthusiasm, drive and intellectual curiosity
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in campus and/or large volume recruitment campaigns (ideally within technology or professional services)
