Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Job Description:

·         Expert in sourcing, screening, shortlisting the candidates from different Job Portals

·         Specialist in hiring

·         Excellent in Head Hunting, Talent Mapping experience

·         Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers

·         Effectively communicate updates and recruiting progress

·         Provide timely and regular recruiting reports

·         Handle multiple requirements

·         Manage all communication with candidates

·         Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Incumbent must have experience with mid-level and leadership hiring

·         Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

·         Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques

·         A team player who is able to work well with all levels

·         Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems

·         Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement

·         Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships

·         Continually seek new sourcing channels

·         Develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the client

·         Experience in working with talent-hiring or alternative pipeline hiring

·         Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Minimum Requirements

·         Bachelor degree

·         Experience in IT Recruitment.

·         Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills

·         Ability to multitask

·         Smart and enthusiastic
