Talent Acquisition Trainee
Job Description:
· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Coordination of Interview line ups, feedback and follow ups
· Carry out sourcing, selecting and scheduling procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
· Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
· Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand
· Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases and professional networks
· The person would be working on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
· Maintaining Data in the required formats and generating reports on the basis of the same
Qualifications:
- Should have strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Good in Aptitude & result oriented
- Graduate in any stream; MBA preferred
