To be a good fit for the Talent Acquisition Sourcer opportunity, you will have:
Solid experience in sourcing talent using the Internet to source talent in the United States, including advanced search strings, power searching, and deep research
A proven ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find résumés and generate names to support searches for different position types at all levels
Knowledge of Boolean searches, experience searching major databases and an understanding of current industry trends and best practices related to finding top talent
Experience using the most current tools such as AI, chatbots, etc.
A collaborative approach and the ability to brainstorm with recruiters and other teammates on challenging searches
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
Innovative problem solving, research and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, including oral and written fluency in English
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to excellence in candidate care
Certification in using a variety of social media sites for sourcing and recruiting passive candidates is a plus
