About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct Tally classes to the accounts people
2. Review student resume, give feedback, and provide coaching for the interview process
3. Conduct mock interviews
4. Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, and assignments
5. Start lectures on scheduled time post marking the attendance
6. Conduct lectures as per the log sheets and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule
7. Conduct the sessions using the smartest methodology to ensure every experiment is demonstrated to students
8. Manage student conduct and classroom administration
9. Work on handing over daily assignments to students to ensure students complete their journal and project work within the stipulated time frame
10. Send student progress reports within the specified period
11. Work on maintaining the lab register on a daily basis
12. Work on imparting training to the junior faculty on higher modules to ensure their upgradation
14. Work on conducting internal exams on a timely basis
15. Work on conducting exams for absentees
16. Motivate students in appearing for international exams
