Job Description

Assist the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure the kitchen is operated effectively and in a professional manner in the absence of the head chef.
-Manage the restaurant in the absence of head chef
-Cook traditional Indian Tandoori dishes to a high standard.
-Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu
-Respond to customer inquiries and concerns personally
-Maintain superior safety & housekeeping programs, eliminate wastes & constraints from the production process to enhance efficiencies and productivity
