Junior Research Fellow recruitment in TIFR, Mumbai
Project: “Research in Mathematical and Computational aspects of risk measurement and management with an emphasis on portfolio and systemic risk”.
Qualification: Excellent academic credentials particularly in Mathematics and Computational methods. Strong knowledge of Probability, Stochastic Processes, Monte Carlo methods, Financial Mathematics. Demonstrated quantitative research aptitude. Strong coding ability. The candidate should have successfully completed requirements for a Masters Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science by Mid-2016. Professional experience if any, will be an added advantage.
Age : Below 28 years.
Appointment as JRF is temporary for a period of one year.
Fellowship : Rs 25,000
