Eligibility : Any graduates/post graduates
Skills & Experience :
- Should be well versed in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
- Should have strong communication skills.
- Should be a total people’s person and be able build a good rapport with the employees and other key stake holders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new joiner formalities, and leave database management or tracking.
- Engage with the new joiners and employees.
- Responsible for on-boarding and MIS.
- Responsible for data management in HR systems.
