Tax Assistant  job Position in Mumbai Customs Zone–I

Recruitment of Meritorious Sportspersons

No. of Vacancies :  10 + 03* {Yachting (Male/Female), Cricket (Male), Hockey (Male), Athletics (Male), Badminton (Male/Female) & Football (Male)}

Qualification  :  (i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Should have basic knowledge in the use of computer applications. (iii) Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.

Pay Scale :  Pay Matrix L-4. Pay Scale Rs25,500/- as per 7th CPC

Age Limit :  The age limit will be between 18 and 27 years of age as on 31.01.2020 (the closing date of receipt of application). He/She must have been born not earlier than 31.01.1993 and not later than 31.01.2002 Relaxation upto3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years in case of SC/ST Candidates. For exceptional achievements in Sports/Game and those candidates who fulfil all other eligibility conditions with necessary certificates, age will be relaxable upto 5 years and 10 years in the case of SC/ST.

Selection Process :  The eligible candidates will have to appear in the practical/field tests relevant to the sports discipline.

In 1534, Sultan Bahadur Shah concluded a treaty with the Portugese under which Bassein and the Mumbai Islands were ceded to the King of Portugal.
