Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coaching students (age group will be 3-15 years) for math and English class in the learning center
2. Preparing and conducting students study plan (online and offline) on a daily basis
3. Handling parent and student consultation for enrollment in learning center
4. Giving effective feedback of students study plan and progress to their parents
5. Building and maintaining thorough product knowledge through completion of eye-level products
6. Working closely with other teams to identify any issues and concerns regarding center operation as and when required and/or directed
7. Providing support for marketing activity for center
8. Conducting diagnostic test as per the eye level method and determining the starting point for each student
9. Planning and tracking student progress
10. Managing and tracking the center materials
11. Helping to instruct and guide students during the classes
12. Marking, recording and preparing worksheets for classes
13. Interacting with parents to address their queries, concerns and update them on student progress
