Job Description
- Follow the structured curriculum with activities as prescribed by GBR program
- Catalogue, organize, circulate and maintain books of the Library books on regular basis
- Create and implement daily lesson plans and monthly goals for consistent progress of student in all 3 languages –English, Hindi and Marathi
- Encourage regular reading to increase the students vocabulary and develop keen interest in reading
- Undertake creative activities like games, storytelling, worksheets related to books for linguistic development of children
- Undertake periodic assessment of each student to measure the level of the progress as well as identify gaps
- Stocktaking, storing and maintaining all the books/material carefully and properly
- Facilitate meeting with parents for relationship building, progress update and reinforce importance of the education
- Ensure minimum drop out ratio by keeping class interesting and home visits
- Complete all administrative and MIS work in timely manner
- Attend monthly meetings to update progress and troubleshoot problems
- Actively support and participate in any other activity/event of the organization
- Minimum HSC Graduate
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Marathi and Hindi
- Good communication skills
- Love for children and books
- Functional computer knowledge
