Key Skill Required for- Teacher Trainer-K-12

Strong Demonstration skills with clarity in content

5 – 7 years of experience in CBSE teacher training

Experience in teaching in K-12 classrooms in CBSE schools

Experience in training teachers in K-12 classrooms in CBSE schools

Experience in creating and providing professional development of teachers and schools

Demonstrated ability to use a digital platform (front end user interface)

Ability to recognize and the digital and academic issues and provide solutions in a classroom setting

Demonstrated ability at Relationship Management, Performance Management and Coaching, Change Management, Training Facilitation, Workshop conduction, Record Keeping and Time Management

Experience to work independently as well as in teams with a variety of involved stakeholders

An understanding of the broader workings and functioning of a school is preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in teaching or relevant subject matter from leading local universities

Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and creative and passionate about education

Empathetic, team player with high integrity and openness and excellent work ethics 

Job Brief & Description 

•You will be the academic trainers who will be the face of Edubrisk to the partner schools

•10 - 15 CBSE schools located in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh will be allocated to you

•You will effectively train the teachers and effectively implement the usage of our digital platform in the schools

•You will monitor if the teachers are effectively executing the Edubrisk digital platform in the Teaching-Learning process

•You will organize and facilitate Teacher Training Workshops (Onsite/Online)

•You will have to efficiently handle customer/ school queries and issues while training onsite/online

•You will provide onsite/ distance (telephonic, email) support for the teachers or school

•You will document each and every training that you conducted g and send a weekly report of the training to your superiors

• You have to resolve all academic and related issues from partner schools within 24-48 hours

•(if any query is not within your frame, you will escalate it to your superiors and provide the solution to the school within 24 – 48 hrs)

• You will conduct parent orientation on our program, in coordination with school

• You will audit teachers as per the curriculum of Edubrisk and teaching methods

•After the lockdown should be willing to travel to conduct the training workshops, onsite
