Job description:-
  • Deliver Product and Process Training
  • Take up new hire Training batches
  • Maintain attrition and throughput as per process guidelines
  • Coach and Counsel where-ever needed
Desired Skills and Experience:-
  • Prefer Only Female candidates. 
  • 1-5 years experience in International BPO.
  • Candidate have minimum knowledge of trainer in Technical/Non-technical Outbound process is MUST
  • Should have International Voice process experience.
  • Must be open to all shifts specially for night shift
  • Graduates or +2 in any stream can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates should have good analytical and people skills with knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both written and verbal.
  • Ability to confidently source and approach new prospects, utilizing excellent presentation Skill.
  • Daily dinner for night-shift process.
  • Extra allowances & sound incentive structure.
  • Paid leave the facility after a probational period. 
  • Company can provide your all organisational documents as per your need.
  • Fixed Saturday,Sunday off.
