Udayy requires 6-8 new teachers on monthly basis. Your core responsibilities include

·      Maintaining a strong hiring pipeline of teachers

·      Training and onboarding new teachers

·      Providing feedback and advice to existing teachers

·      Collaborating with teachers and other staff to develop improved curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques

·      Prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously

·      Observing lessons and identifying teacher’s strengths and weaknesses

Background requirements

• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Patience and resilience
• Master’s degree in Education or the subject discipline
• Willingness to hustle to get things done
• Strong command over communication and superb listener
• Teaching and training experience to kids a plus
