- B.Sc. (Hons.) Home Science/B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nutrition & Dietetics with at least second division.
- M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition with minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.
- Matric level certificate of Punjabi language.
Salary: Rs.25,000/- per month for M.Sc and Rs.30,000/- per month for Ph.D degree holders.
