Qualifications : M.Sc. Bioinformatics or Post-graduate Advanced
diploma in Bioinformatics (ADB) from an Indian University, or an equivalent
degree from a foreign University. Minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in
M.Sc. for open category candidates and minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade
in M.Sc. for candidates belonging to reserved categories (having domicile of
Maharashtra State).
Desirable : BINC/BET/NET/SET qualified candidates,
&/or candidates having at least one publication in Science Citation Index
(SCI) journal. Candidates having 2-3 years of teaching/research experience in
the area of Bioinformatics/Machine Learning / Mathematical Biology /
Computational Biology / Structural Bioinformatics/ Genomics/ Molecular Modeling
& Simulations / Immunoinformatics / Network Analysis / Comparative Genomics
/ Metagenomics / Microarray / NGS analysis / Systems Biology/ Mathematical
Modelling/Algorithm Development.
Emoluments : Rs. 25,000/- per month Consolidated For a
period up to May 31, 2019.
Age Limit : 33 years (to be relaxed for women and candidates belonging to reserved categories by 5 years)
