Job Description
1. Support the teaching and learning objectives of CIF, i.e. teach programming or coding to young children while applying innovative teaching techniques
2. Develop, modify the course content, design, structure, forms of delivery, method of assessment, and approach to teaching according to the requirement of the class
3. Mentor and supervise the students in their study skills and help them in removing learning problems
4. Formulate manners and methods for evaluating the outcomes of the teaching efforts and also provide constructive feedback to students
5. Manage your teaching and administrative activities
6. Prioritize the tasks within the agreed objectives to ensure all activities are completed on time
7. Act as a tutor, giving first-line support and mentoring to students
8. Appreciate the needs of individual students and their circumstances, while supporting them through their learning process
9. Undertake various administrative responsibilities as required, including assessment of progress, student attendance, teaching quality, student experience, etc.
10. Participate in regular interactions with other CIF fellows and be a part of the peer-to-peer learning process

Note: Code India Fellowship by NavGurukul is paid residential fellowship for the most passionate individuals and changemakers of our country who want to enable the youth of rural India with 21st-century skills. As a Code India Fellow, you will be placed in different parts of the country Delhi, Bangalore, Jammu, Dharamshala, etc. for one year, to teach programming to local children, with an emphasized focus on young girls. Tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the growth and educational journey of young children, our fellows have the explicit satisfaction of helping students, across the country, take their first steps into a brighter future.
