Job Description
TYCIA stands for 'Turn Your Concern Into Action'; a non-profit community-based organization working on creating equal opportunities through education and livelihood. It aspires to improve the living conditions of the marginalized by adopting strategies through community initiative, participation, and sensitization. Founded in the year 2011, the organization has worked among the marginalized communities in urban slums at Delhi and the unreached interior pockets of the most underdeveloped parts of Madhya Pradesh. Our interventions aim to achieve large-scale positive changes through economic and social programs.
We at TYCIA believe in second chances, due process of law, and the dignity of human lives. This project emphasizes our belief. The school provides for strengthening their existing engagements and improving their life in prison. This was suggested under an umbrella program, 'Transforming Tihar'.
