- Ensure that Day to Day Creative / Graphics work flow runs smoothly.
- Ensure that all Creative work that comes from Customers are processed and sent in due time.
- Delay or repeated correction should be controlled with effective methods and Errors on Creative work to be monitored and effective methods for nonrecurrence to be implemented.
- Training and Development of the Team to be analysed, planned and executed.
- Attendance, Absenteeism, Contingency planning and Coordination of team’s activities on Contingency period
- Ensuring the Quality of Total Creative Team and Building up a Customer Centric Product than just a Creative team.-
- Support all Activities of Quality Analyst and Answerable to Queries of Quality Lead.
