Job Description

Team Lead, Paytm Offline Wallet
• Responsible for the wallet enrollments & Usage in the city.
• Do the market recce & prepare the list of outlets and assign the team for enrollments.
• Ensure the team members are in the market for enrollments & usage are done regularly
• Continually expand and grow transactional usage & enrollment numbers
• Ensure strict adherence to the KYC norms & processes in enrollments
• Driving the team towards a more focused approach for enrollment numbers & usage.
Salary: Monthly Incentives based on performance. (5 Lakhs per annual)
