BMN Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a renowned outsourcing company, offering reliable outsourcing IT services to clients residing in the US, UK, Canada, and other countries. We are looking for a Team Leader to lead the whole development team and take care of the execution of projects. 

Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate for a senior development role will perform the following responsibilities:
1. Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.
2. Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
3. The Sr. developer will lead developers; Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for the smooth execution of projects. The senior developers will keep track and reviews existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
4. Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
5. Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/frameworks/ languages/ technology with ease.
6. Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.

Responsibilities and Duties

>> Server-Side Programming

· Laravel, Codeigniter, CakePHP, Symfony, Zend (Any 3 are a must)

· WordPress/Magento/Shopify/Opencart. ( Any 2 are a must)

· Core PHP

· Object-oriented programming using PHP (Preferred if they have).

>> Client-Side Programming

· HTML (Must)

· CSS (Must)

· Javascript (Must)

· jQuery (Must)

· Angularjs (Must)

· Database design and development

· MySQL (Must) - Should have an idea about writing SQL queries, joins, optimization, etc.

· Build reusable code and libraries for future use using Javascript, JQuery, Angular, React.js, Nodejs. ( Must have experience in any one JS like angular/node/react)
