Job Title: Team Lead (Testing)

Brief description :

A Team Lead is responsible to lead a team of software testers.
Should be a practitioner of clients process and follower of quality standards, especially maintaining the documents.
Working with developers and project teams, communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
Writing and executing test scripts, prepare bug reports and followup the items
Problem-solving and presentation skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsible for QC Lifecycle.

Preferred Skills Required:

Responsible for verifying the delivery:
Manage day-to-day activities of the software team to ensure each project remains on schedule and on budget.
Provide leadership for direct delivery (project) teams to deliver within the required timeframe, as per specifications and of the highest quality.
Create, maintain and track project plans and schedules and problem logs throughout the life of the project.
Provide routine status reports to clients and management is crucial.
Offer leadership, guidance, and motivation to team and programmers while resolving internal conflicts
