Job Description
- Successful track record in Technical Recruitment and Team Leading experience for US staffing.
- Must have at least 3+ years years of experience team leading role in the US Staffing.
- Well versed with the US IT Staffing terminologies like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 and visa types like H1b, EAD, GC, TN Permit & OPT/CPT.
- Must be able to comprehend about various IT technologies like Java / J2ee, .NET, QA, DBA, ERP etc.
- ATS knowledge is preferred.
- Manage reports and recruiter and train junior recruiters/ freshers.
- Ability to interface with Account Manager & Fulfilment Managers.
- Leadership qualities
- Will be a bridge between the team and the account managers.
