JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervises one or more team across different locations.
Reviews the work of staff, provides feedback as appropriate and bridges the gap between the team demands and the team member’s capabilities.
Ensures accuracy, quality, and timeliness of the team's goals and objectives.
Assigns and delegates work to staff and provides appropriate training.
Will participate in hiring process, shortlist skilled & stable resources for the respective team.
Responsible for meeting assigned schedules and targets.
Participates in performance management process for direct reports.
Builds, and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders including the technology team
Work towards increasing the employee engagement
Encourage staff to take up initiatives that will help improve the overall process efficiency, process quality that will reduce efforts at various stages

Required skills:

Strong analytical skills, with high attentions to details & data accuracy
Good oral and written communication skills
Problem solving skills
Should have good mentoring and presentation skills.
Well organized and disciplined with regards policy, procedure and standards.
Confident and proactive, with good interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and to tight time scale.
Semi Technical Skills (Viz. Excel VBA) will be an added advantag
