Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Experienced in banking sector for telesales.
- The Team Leader will be primarily responsible for processing loan transactions.
- They should also comply with set guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations; work as a team to achieve SLA's for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement.
- Working on tools KPI & KRI
- Good in attrition
- Handling performance of team
- Shrinkage
- Initiate ‘Performance Improvement Plan’ for associates where necessary and provide necessary guidance and coaching to help associates come out of PIP
- Should achieve team handling for covering more sales
- Ensure accurate collection of data from the customer in order to simplify verification procedures
- Required Experience and Qualifications
- Any graduate
- Min 1+ years as team lead
- Good in banking sector domain
- Strong communication skills
- Strong MS office skills
- Experience in process training a unit/individuals
- Strong risk & control mindset
