Job Description
- Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment team (Management Recruitment Specialists & Recruitment Administrators size depending on geographical coverage)
- Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/ plans with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery
- Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
- Responsible for a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
- Provide guidance/ expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to the clients requirements
- Review performance of existing sourcing channels
- Screen applications and select candidates
- Conduct competency/ behavioural based telephone interviews to all external candidates
- Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required
- Coordinate pre-employment checks for external candidates as required
- Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns.
