Roles & Responsibilities:

• It’s a purely corporate sales profile rolls out targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  
• Tap corporate that exist in the location from where he works.
  
• Sell the organization flagship as well as regular programs to the employees of these corporate by doing events, presentations, seminars and information desk there.
  
• Corporate team managers will supervise them for field work, individual Cold calling etc.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

• Recruitment of manpower
  
• Deliver support to team members through coaching and act as a role model
  
• Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information , address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
  
• Set weekly achievement targets for team members
  
• Accompany executive on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
  
• Achieve Team Targets

Education: Essential- Any Graduate preferably BMS, MBA.

Experience:

• Minimum experience of 5-6years and 2 years of team handling experience.
  
• Experience should be only in sales & marketing in any of these FMCG, Automobiles, Telecom, Banking, and insurance, media, space selling etc.)
