We are looking for a Candidate for the post of Team leader who will be working for Sikkim Manipal Process (Educational Process)

Eligibility Criteria :

The candidate should have minimum of 6 months of experience or Fresher
Good English communication skills & one regional mandatory (Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi).
Any other languages.

Team Leader Operations:

Responsible for handling 40 agents
Must have experience of BPO Industry
Manage Attrition and plan career mapping for agents
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities;
Should be proficient with MS office esp. Excel
Must be flexible in shifts
Team Lead needs to monitor calls and provide regular coaching and mentoring to agents and track low performers in team
Team Lead may be required to be a part of Client Calls Agent Focus Group Discussions
Salary: Up to 20k per Month depending on your caliber.
