·         Maintain effective relationships with channel and eco -system partners

·         Maintain electronic records of all customer complaints and solutions

·         Efficiently stay abreast of sales developments through the usage of spread sheets

·         Assign team members to specific duties to best meet the needs of the store.

·         Guide and advice customers in product selection and generate repeat and referral business.

·         Design merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.

·         Actively supervise and coordinate team to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service

·         Apply knowledge of Retail KPIs to make commercial decisions that drive achievement of established sales targets
