Job Description
- Experience in handling and Monitoring Multiple Teams, Team Leads and Team Members
- Lead the team, allocate the work and at the same time work as Team player for assigned tasks
- Responsible to get work done for assigned Clients/Accounts and report to Manager
- Responsible to Supervise multiple Teams and Team Leads
- Regularly communicate with Client contacts to ensure healthy business Relations
- Periodically review the team member s performance and provide feedback to Manager
- Conduct care team meetings
- Work on Analysis, Data Entry, Tracking Reports and other necessary tasks to successfully achieve the Project Milestones and timely Data Submission
