- Calculating the Shrinkage, attrition and take necessary steps
- Prior experience as Team Leader in the domestic process is a must.
- Excellent communication is a must.

I handled projects to setup 3 centers with 1800 seats in Delhi and one each at Kolkata and Hyderabad with 800 and 500 seats respectively in record time and made them operational by Selcting the right talent and mentoring them to perform.
Heading the operations of the company since April 2008 as COO which saw sucessful start opf delivery of services on large telecom projects. I also pioneered the forway into the interantional operations by getting regulatory approvals and setting offices and operations in US, UK and India,
