Job Summary:
- To Drive the Telecallers
- Team Leader will drive the telecallers to get the productivity and generate maximum lead for sales
- Take hourly reports and analyze calls per tele caller
- Making sure every tele caller is generating good lead
- Guide the tele callers and come on call when ever required with customers
- Daily reporting to Assistant Manager
- Graduate
- Experience in BPO is must
- Good in excel
