Job Description
- Motivate & inspire team members.

- Familiarize the team with client’s needs and ensure the best quality of service delivered to the clients.
- Generating revenues by monitoring performance of team ensuring completion of Individual and Team targets.
- Provide necessary organizational information to the team.
- Collate organizational data in agreement with managers and administrators.
- Maintain overview of daily records related to lead generation, client follow up and revenue generated.
- Maintain quality & standards of the organization in all areas of provision.
Requirements-
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Proficiencies
- Must be ready to work in a highly competent Environment.
- Ability to meet Standards.
- Well versed with the knowledge of stocks/ commodity/ equity shares/exchanges and International trading.
- Excellent analytical & leadership skills.
- Convincing and Presentation skills.
