- Female candidate ONLY
- Residing in western suburbs (Dadar to Virar)
- Should have 5 years experience with minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Should have dialler proficiency and candidates with INTL BPO background preferred
- Should have 2 years experience in out bound tele sales
- Should have past experience in selling banking products - outbound (PL, BL, HL, LAP)
- Salary offered between Rs.22,000/- to Rs.25,000/- pm gross plus target based very lucrative high value incentives
- Office time - 10.45am to 7.45pm
- Monday to Saturday working -Sunday's off
- Job involves managing and generating leads via tele-calling team of 6 tele callers (all females) calling on diallers on secondary data for sourcing of home loan & mortgage loan clients also coordination with sales
- team and doc boys
- Target based - high pressure sales assignment
- Maintaining daily call reports, Managing tele callers, recruitment, training, and retention will be core part of this job
- We do high value sales only (75L ++ cases only)
- There will be daily Interaction with bankers on files logged and their status
- Tele interacting with HNI clients on trouble shooting and handling negotiations on rate of interest
- Honest and hardworking
- Fluency in English & Hindi compulsory
- Candidates with no family residing in Mumbai or new to Mumbai shall be rejected
