Roles &Responsibility:
- Able to handle a Team of 15-20 members
- Monitor and manage the team’s performance metrics and the transactions of team members.
- Track / manage team attendance.
- Maintain the Shrinkage and Attrition as per company standards.
- Conduct pre / post shift meetings with team members. Cascade latest process related inputs from the client and the management, to the floor.
- Facilitate / conduct huddle sessions and review team’s performance.
- Stack Rank all team members, based on the performance metrics - attendance, quality audit scores and CSAT scores.
- Take corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Work on improvement plan coordinating with the QRep to improve the performance of the Associates who have received MIPs.
- Act as an interface between the team and the management and all Support functions so that the team operates smoothly at the highest efficiency and within the prescribed norms.
- Facilitate team building and morale boosting exercises.
- Mentor the team members and find ways within the prescribed norms, to aid the Associates s and Sr. Associates to value-add resulting to have job satisfaction
- Client Interaction &Attending Calibration Calls
- Identify Process Gap and bridge Goal
- Tracking & Report Management.

- Should be well versed in MS Office especially Excel.
