Job Description:
- To understand the query from the sales team.
- To talk to the relevant vendors & bring negotiated cost together.
- Creation of the proposal for the sales team / client.
- Has to have knowledge about destinations and events.
- Ability to research on newer destinations, and to develop content on the Trip Navigator online portal and interacting with channel partners.
- Constant interaction with Partners via email and telephone to get effective solutions for the clients.
- Possess soft skills in MS - Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Data management will be an added advantage.
- Should be open to travel as and when the company calls for.
- The ability to build relationship with Partners i.e. hotels, transport and event vendors.
Education:
- A specific diploma or degree in travel or event will be an additional advantage.
Experience:
Experience in any of the below is required:
- Corporate Travel
- General Event Operations
- MICE Operations
- Hotel Contracting.
Skill set required:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well versed with MS office
- Should be able to write emails and interact with the relevant partners
- Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 (Salary will not concern to the right candidates)
