The candidates will have to deal with direct marketing and try proving their talents. This experience is the key to their success as a team leader and the secret element of their team management.

After 3 months – Establishing themselves as full-fledged employee of IDBI FEDERAL

    The candidates will have to uproot themselves in the organization by recruiting and managing their developing team. Then they will have to show their caliber by giving better and higher performance with their full-fledged team. No direct marketing involved
