Educational Qualifications : Essential-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with diploma or degree in Rural Management or Business Management. Desirable- Master in Rural Management or Business Management
Experience : 10 years of experience in Project Management and Project Implementation, Experience in working with national/state government(s) on rural schemes, Familiarity with the rural housing scenario in various States, Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Power point and Excel; understanding of Management Information System (MIS) is an asset, Familiarity with government policies, programmes and government operational systems in India, Strong communication skills, ability to work in small teams and flexible ways of working.
