Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Complete process training within the specified timelines
- Perform processing of outward invoicing to interline partners as per the IATA timelines and rules.
- Perform checks on invoicing invoices from interline partners as per IATA rules and raise rejections for incorrect invoices.
- Perform weekly invoicing for customer.
- Co-ordinate with client for seeking clarifications and missing information.
- Reply to client email queries.
- Ensure performance delivery as per the benchmarking done in the process.
- Ensure error free transaction and abide to the Quality policy.
- Pro-actively assist team during high volumes to ensure team level achievement of targets.
- Ensure complete adherence to floor guidelines.
- Adhere to all company laid policies and norms.
- 100% leave planning to ensure zero impact to production.
- Academic Qualifications & Experience
- Fresher / Graduate or undergraduate
- IATA/UFTAA Certified(mandatory)
- Should possess good knowledge on RAM rules and PMP.
- Should possess good knowledge on any GDS like, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
- Good Typing speed. ( 25 WPM)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good Communication (both verbal & written). There is a good level of interaction with client over emails.
- Good team player and ability to complete work on stringent timelines.
- Plan timelines for completion of work with supervisor and ensure complete ownership of his / her work.
- Flexible with shift timings.
- Should possess strong learning ability and stay up to date with industry updates / changes.
