Job Description

Team Member - Business Intelligence and Research - Pune, Maharashtra

Key responsibilities:

Develop and amend the ETL workflows (SSIS)
Perform requirement gathering
Creating database and data models
Create and develop ETL – Extract Transfer Loading (data source to prestaging, prestaging to staging)
Create dashboards in Power BI
Training users
Establish reconciliation and data quality data source and Power BI reporting system
All above activities will go through SIT and UAT
Production support (SSIA & Power BI)
Incident management
Regular maintenances

Key skills:

Strong experience in insurance
Trained and skilled in technologies like SSIS and Power BI
Proven experience in application and user support activities, with business exposure
3-4 years of experience as SSIS & Power BI Developer
Exposure to end to end BI project cycle
Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL
Excellent communication and customer management skills
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
Should have analytical and problem solving skills
Leadership skills are required
