Job Description
- Serves guests according to order taken by his supervisor in a courteous, professional, and attentive manner.
- Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction, within the set policies and procedures of the organization.
- Interacts professionally with the kitchen staff.
- Interacts professionally with guests.
- Interacts with other concerned departments as and when required.
- Serves guests in a courteous, professional, and attentive manner in the assigned area.
- Assures high standard/quality of the food and beverage product in the department and the organization in general.
- Establishes and maintains professional and effective communication within the department assigned and other supporting departments.
- Reports on duty on time and in appropriate attire and grooming standard along with nametag at all times.
- Attend daily departmental briefings.
- Implements organization regulations, policies and procedures with regards to hygiene, fire, safety and health regulations.
- Establishes and promotes professional teamwork within the food & beverage and the organization in general.
- Ensures and adheres to established service standards.
- Is updated at all times on product knowledge food & beverage.
- Attends all training conducted by seniors.
- Reports on duty at the hour assigned by the concerned supervisor.
- Performs any other duties or responsibilities that the Management may assign from time to time.

The Cherry tree was founded in December 2010 by a young couple with passion for excellence and a desire to serve only the very best. Niyati ,with expertise in baking and cake decorating and Vishal, a die hard food fanatic turned entrepreneur aspire to deliver sumptuous bakes to every door step.
Our mouth watering goodies and deeply indulgent desserts are the outcome of our expertise gained under Swiss Master chef, Chef Kim Caula at the Taj group of Hotels.
