Job Description
Competencies & Required Skills:
- 3 plus years of experience in the field of Machine Design, Assembly line design of Auto or machinery components.
- Domain expertise and extremely strong in PLM Teamcenter Manufacturing Application(MPP), Virtual Process Planning for BIW and Final Assembly of vehicles.
- Working with Tecnomatix Process Simulate Software with Teamcenter backbone
- Worked for the Team center Vis-mockup implementations in the Virtual Build line.
- Proficiency in JACK and TSB Virtual Manufacturing Engineering/Digital Manufacturing.
- Analysis of Manufacturing Process Study Like Static, Dynamic Process Simulation in Tecnomatix, BIW Robotic Simulation & Ergonomic Simulations
- Creation of assembly line machine concepts
- Machine element selection & calculation.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection & GD&T.
- Good communication skills.
