No. of vacancies (TL) - 02 candidates for each zone - 25K in Hand
1. Excellent communication / convincing skills, good command over local language.
2. Collections experience which involves meeting customers.
3. Proven track record of getting through to the right contact person at the customer location for discussing the collections topic (Street smart).
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize while speaking with customers.
5. Able to get documented payment commitment from customers.
6. Rigorous travelling is required for undertaking cash collections activity.
7. Understanding of upstream and downstream AR processes in a Product/Project business environment (B2B & B2C model knowledge).
8. Successful outcome of collections to be the primary metric of performance.
9. Graduate in any discipline.
10. Minimum 1 year of experience.
11. Smart phone & Bike Mandatory.
