Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Allocating tasks to the team
- Ensuring high standard team performance
- Reporting to the management
- Discussing and resolving problems
- Set team goals, delegate tasks and review performance
- Motivate team members and resolve problems if occur
- Discover needs and provide training/ coaching
- Min. Graduate and/ or Postgraduate
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- Must have an experience as a Team Leader/ supervisor for min. a year or above.
- Experience in Telesales team handling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Motivational and Training skills
