Job Description
- Adeeba e service is looking for Technical Support Associate who have at least 6 months of experience.
- Candidate must comfortable to work in 6 days a week and comfortable in rotational off
- It’s an inbound process so you will be getting calls from the customers already with a problem
- We believe in comfort of our employees so we provide salary on 1st of every month (never on 2nd, if possible before first)
- We dial genuine process and hence believe in giving candidates fixed salary (only incentives depend upon targets).
Roles and responsibilities:
- He might know how to show customer the event viewer page
- Take remote access
- Trouble shoot technical problems
- Convince the customer to buy our plans
- Take the customer to the payment page and close the calls.
Qualification :
- Candidate must be comfortable in English
- At least 3 month experience in Tech Support
- Know how to take the remote access (preferred how to close calls)
