Job Summary:
  • We are currently seeking individuals to join our Sales Team. 
  • As a member of our Sales Training Program, you will be in a position specifically designed to provide the essential skills and experience required to become sales and service professional and foster a long–term career in the field. 
  • This position’s training program provides new entrants with tools to strengthen skills for the current role and develop selling skills for future career opportunities across DSPL. 
  • Strategic thinking, business writing, problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail to assist Upper-level Management in delivering an ideal sales experience, and ultimately achieving business outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with senior-level executives to proactively schedule and facilitate sales meetings through lead generation campaigns.
  • Gathering business intelligence on organizations, leads, and qualified prospects.
  • Improving current skills and developing selling skills for future career opportunities across the DSPL.
  • Partnering with Sales Directors to create customized plans for assigned territories to support sales cycle success and to drive urgency.
  • Participating and learning from all aspects of the sales process.
  • Providing assistance and support to Sales .
  • Directors Ensuring that the CRM database contains thorough, accurate account documentation and contact information.
  • Managing and responding to inbound requests from potential members
Qualifications -
  •  A successful candidate will possess Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Superior problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to learn the substance of research quickly. 
  • Exceptional ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness 
  • Work experience in a sales-related position; e.g. internship or part-time job Advanced computer and internet search skills 
  • You will get Rs10-20K on trainee for 3 months(with paid business expenses) and after that will be given incentive to your inbound business.  Join our Team today!
