Job Description
- Job Type: Full-time
- Job Location: G-14 Noida sector 16, near metro station
- Responsible for handling international calls from clients.
- Ability to understand / diagnose customer's technical problem to take action accordingly.
- Will require addressing irate/demanding customers in a tactical manner in necessary situations.
- Basic Computer Technical knowledge is essential
- Ensuring that the customer issues are taken on priority with an effort for quick solution & services are rendered to them as required.
- Fresher or Candidates with experience in IT / NON IT (Voice) international sales can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are must.
- Should be able to work as a multitasking person during transaction handling.
- Disciplined and systematic problem solving skills are required
- Handelling Pop up Calls / window calls/yahoo mail
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers
- Willing to work in night shift.
- Education: Undergraduate can apply.
- US Shift: Inbound Process+outbound process
- Salary: Negotiable+ incentives
