Designation:Technical Support Associate
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate (10+2+3),B.E/B.Tech, Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+2+3)
- No Percentage cut off
- Candidate should not have any backlogs in order to qualify for the test and interview process
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Logging the queries of customers and employees
- Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills and Telephone manner.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 environment, with 65% or more being night shifts.
