InboundTechnical support

LEVEL 1,

customers will call in with their PC issues and you have to advise them of the issue and upsell to them and then pass the call to a LEVEL 2 engineer...this is a B2C process and is a very easy process.

Looking for dedicated candidates who like talking to customers and resolving their issues.

Patience is the key here as each customer is different. Must have good English speaking skills, typing skills and able to learn quickly.We are paticularly looking for freshers here for this role but experienced candidates can apply as well, good pay scale.
